The Introduction to GIS with QGIS course provides a practical introduction to geographic information systems and spatial data analysis using QGIS. The training is designed for beginners who want to learn how to open, manage, visualise, edit and analyse spatial data in a clear and practical way.

Participants will learn the basic concepts of GIS, including vector and raster data, coordinate reference systems, attribute tables, map layers, styling, labels, georeferencing and map composition.

The course is based on practical exercises and real spatial datasets. By the end of the training, participants will be able to prepare simple GIS projects, create maps, edit spatial layers and export results for reports, presentations or further analysis.
